It serves as a gateway to access further education, careerachievement, personal growth, and self-sufficiency for adult learners in the NYC area.The Manhattan EOC seeks staff members at all levels who are dedicated to improving adult learners ' educational and career opportunities in New York City. The Manhattan EOC islocated in Harlem on 125th Street. This position may require evening hours. Currently, classesare primarily held in a hybrid model, with in-person courses at the Manhattan EOC or partnerlocation in Upper Manhattan and some classes remotely via Zoom. This is subject to changeand specific details will be shared with interviewed individuals. The MEOCis funded by the SUNY University Center for Academic and Workforce Development (UCAWD)and administered by Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) of the City University ofNew York.ï‚· Two (2) Adjunct Pharmacy Technician Training Program Lecturers are needed.ï‚· This is a day position. Day operational hours are between 9am and 5pmï‚· Classes are conducted in-person, on-site at the Manhattan EOC located at 163 W 125thSt, NY, NY 10027Adjunct Lecturers are needed to teach the following subject areas:ï‚· Introduction to Pharmacy Technicianï‚· Math for Pharmacy Technicianï‚· Human Relationsï‚· Pharmacy Technologyï‚· Fundamentals of Pharmacologyï‚· NHA Review for Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) ExaminationQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in area(s) of expertise and the ability to teach successfully.OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:ï‚· A master's degree in a related field is preferred, and experience working with a diversepopulation and at least one year teaching adult studentsï‚· Certification as a Pharmacy Technician preferredSALARY: $91.67hourTO APPLY: Please send a resume and cover letter to Manhattan EOC Academic Affairs calls or walk-ins, please.Immediate Need.
