Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Urgent Care Discipline: LPN / LVN Start Date: 03/31/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 37.5 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings Employment Type: Travel ** Flexible to the flowing schedule based on dept needs: * Day Shift 8AM - 4PM * Afternoon Shift 12PM - 8PM * Rotating Weekends 9AM - 5PM ** Skilled with working with Adults & Children ** At least 2 years' experience as an LPN ** Prefer someone who would be okay with doing Vitals & nurse duties. Education Requirements pletion of educational program for licensure as a LPN. B.Successful completion of required New York State Department of Health LPN IV Therapy Initial Program for the demonstration of competence in the performance of intravenous therapy/blood administration procedures as part of Centralized Orientation. C.
