Date Posted: 03052025 Hiring Organization: Rose International Position Number: 479186 Job Title: Project Manager- Finance Job Location: New York, NY, USA, 10013 Work Model: Hybrid Shift: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote Employment Type: Temporary Estimated Duration (In months): 12 Min Hourly Rate ($): 90.00 Max Hourly Rate ($): 100.00 Must Have SkillsAttributes: Finance, Methodology, Program management, Regulatory, Reporting Job Description Qualifications: • Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing • Extremely detail-oriented and ability to both investigate deeply into the content of the material but also look across the portfolio • Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and "no surprises" approach in communicating issuesrequestsescalation • Ability to drive progress issue-by-issue and ensure deadlines are met • Experience managing inter-department dependencies (e.g., working with Compliance, Technology, Internal Audit, etc.) • Ability to plan and organize, working well both in a team setting and independently • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained change • Demonstrated ability to think critically, strategically, and analytically and to creatively problem-solve • Proven prior experiencesuccesses • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project Preferred Qualifications: • Experience on regulatory programs is a plus • Markets knowledge (e.g., risk and controls, trade lifecycle, products, etc.) is a plus • Knowledge of Finance regulatory reporting is a plus (e.g., Call Report, 2052A, etc.) Markets Transformation is working on the remediation related Consent Order. The Senior PMPMO is expected to provide project management support for the program by: • Preparing concise Markets activityprogress reports adjusted to the audience • Providing check and challenge on activityprogress reports by other functions • Utilizing best practice PMO methodology (e.g., maintain plans, risk and issues, etc) that fit stakeholders need • Driving end results of the project as a representative of Markets • Facilitating remediation-related engagement with the Markets product lines • Proactively tracking project progress against goals • Possess the knowledge, skills and experience to be able to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming • Clearly articulating problems, bringing the right people together to solve problems and knowing when it has been properly addressed and closed • Promotes partner involvement through effectively communicating project status across a varied set of stakeholders • Defining, teaching, and enforcing the use of good project management practices (i.e., resolving complex, interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks that are documented, monitored and controlled) **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. ** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. ** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
