If you are looking for an opportunity for significant career growth and a collaborative and supportive work environment, look no further!Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in active litigation matters before Indiana state and federal courtsManage all phases of litigation, from pre-trial to post-trial motions and hearingsDevelop case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documentsEngage in effective legal research and provide sound legal advice to clientsCultivate relationships with existing clients while actively growing a client baseCollaborate with colleagues on case strategy and firm initiativesContinuously pursue professional development and stay current on relevant legal trends and changes in the lawQualifications:At least 2 years of experience representing clients in legal matters, with a focus on litigationProven experience handling active litigation in Indiana state andor federal courtsIn-depth knowledge of Indiana Trial Rules and court proceduresStrong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively work with clients, staff, and external partiesJ.D. from an ABA-approved law schoolMember in good standing and active in the Indiana BarA genuine interest in growing your practice and client base within the firm's expanding portfolioHow to Apply: If you're ready to take the next step in your legal career and have the qualifications above, we encourage you to apply.
