As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.**Project Manager Responsibilities:**- Manage and lead all construction activities from project initiation to completion.- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the availability of materials and resources.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure project specifications and plans are followed.- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.**Project Manager Essential Job Functions:**- Prepare and review project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.- Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress and adherence to safety protocols.- Communicate and collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial analysis.- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.**Project Manager Skills:**- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with several Multifamily builds- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.**Project Manager Benefits:**- Medical coverage- 401K plan- Paid time off and holidaysFor additional information and to apply, please contact us at or 605-799-8651.
