We are seeking a full-time Social Media Contractor to join our client's Corporate Marketing team and report to the Director of Content Marketing. This role will focus on executing and managing social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support lead-generation efforts for a Sales Enablement Platform. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a collaborative mindset and proven experience in B2B social media marketing. You should be comfortable creating visually compelling content using tools like Canva and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with corporate marketing goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Manage and curate content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube), including post creation, scheduling, and monitoring. Organic social focus is specifically on LinkedIn and requires algorithm research and an understanding of creative trends and post formats X and Meta are less of a focus due to engagement analytics and user behavior on said channels In addition, there is a lack of paid investment in Meta Collaborate with the content team to align social media efforts with broader content strategies, including campaigns, product launches, and events like webinars and industry conferences. Create visually appealing and brand-aligned graphics using tools such as Canva to enhance the impact of social media posts. Engage with followers and communities, responding to comments, inquiries, and messages to foster a positive brand presence and increase engagement. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement, follower growth, and campaign success. Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure social media strategy remains fresh, relevant, and effective. Monitor industry news and competitor activity on social media to identify opportunities for thought leadership, engagement, and growth. Work closely with the design team to coordinate visual assets when needed and ensure a cohesive brand identity across platforms. Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of social media management experience in a B2B environment, preferably within the tech or sales enablement industry. Demonstrated experience in building and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms. Proficiency with Canva and other design tools for creating engaging visuals and graphics. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, platform-native insights). Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, including lead generation, brand positioning, and audience engagement. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling, concise messages tailored to each platform. Experience in developing and analyzing KPIs for social media campaigns and adjusting strategies based on data. Ability to work independently as a self-starter, while also being a collaborative teammate who works well in cross-functional settings. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Additional Qualifications: Experience working remotely and managing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
