You should be eager to learn, open to coaching, and motivated by achieving both personal and team success.If you're ready to grow with a team that values excellence, continue reading for a brief overview of responsibilities:Support the lead advisor in advising and serving clients.Use financial planning tools to analyze client needs and prepare recommendations.Oversee team scheduling, CRM updates, and productivity campaigns.Prepare reports and materials for client meetings.Maintain regular communication with clients and track progress systematically.Participate in client meetings and prospect meetings.Provide detail meeting preparation and ensure follow-up items are addressed.Tackle daily tasks to support team growth, efficiency, and exceptional client service.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Contribute to strategic priorities, professional growth, and staying updated on policies and technology.Perform quality analysis to identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team.What it takes to succeed in this role:Strong communication skills to interact professionally, promptly, and courteously with team members and clients.Excellent writing, interpersonal, and client service abilities.High proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to internal software systems.Minimum of 3 years of industry experience, with solid knowledge of financial services products and processes.
