Billing RepresentativeOnsite in Rolling Meadows Illinois 60008Duration: 8+ months, Contract, W-2Pay: $22 - $24 an hr Duties:* Label documents submitted by carriers.* Verify and enter information from invoices, BOLs, lumper receipts, and other various documents into Navisphere.* Leverage system functionality and established processes to index a high volume of documents daily while meeting error rate guidelines.* Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to review monthly error reports.* Escalate complex issues to senior team members andor leadership.* Adhere to established procedures and quality guidelines.* Continuously develop skills and build upon knowledge of billing processes.* Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team andor country-specific requirements.
