We always leave our clients feeling good.The Person We Are Looking ForYou'll have several years experience of working in an agency or a media owner in a similar role. You'll be looking to use the knowledge and skills you've developed into a role that is going to have a big impact in the development of our company. US growth is a big goal for us this year so you'll be up for the challenge. Working on live projects you'll have great experience in building relationships, delivering great customer service and forming long term partnerships, presenting yourself as a trusted resource our clients can rely on. You're a people person and you will be involved in the growth of the company by developing existing relationships and growing accounts. You'll be able to manage multiple projects at once, and you buzz off being part of a busy department that always delivers. You'll be a senior member of our team, reporting into the Head of US Operations, so you'll know how to inspire and develop your coworkers. You'll be able to manage your own relationships and projects whilst also offering direction and support to the team around you. You'll be comfortable working with a hybrid team, and you buzz off being part of a busy department that always delivers. You'll be a consummate professional but you don't take yourself too seriously. You're looking for a role in a company that is big on culture, teamwork and growth, and you'll be keen to challenge yourself to constantly be better, even if it's just a little everyday.If this is you, we can't wait to hear from you.Key Responsibilities To build quality relationships with key clients.To interpret briefs, participate in creative brainstorms, collate a response and present back to the client.To talk confidently and knowledgeably about our service and offerings, to existing and new clients. To lead effective working relationships with the rest of the account team and other internal departments to ensure clear and consistent communication.To support the Head of US Operations with team and client development. To keep internal CRM system up to date.To represent the company at industry events.To keep up to date with the latest developments in the ad industry and how they apply to our clients.Essential Requirements High level of experience in a similar role and specifically in the following areas: Account management Customer serviceOrganisationCommunication skillsProactivity Team leadershipProblem solvingConfident in leading conversations and presentationsA positive mental attitude and growth mindset. Must be eligible to work in the USA.Able to work from home and in ManhattanBrooklyn as required, usually 1-3 days per week.Bonus PointsFluency in other languages, particularly Spanish or French Canadian.Salary And Benefits$75k - $80k depending on experience.You are entitled to twenty two (22) days leave per annum (pro rata for part years). In addition to this the business closes between Christmas and New Year and therefore your normal working hours which fall during this period are treated as additional paid leave. This entitlement is in addition to US Public Holidays $500 per month contribution to medical insurance policyVarious training schemes to help us all be better.The Hiring ProcessIt's really important that we are a right fit for each other.
