Finance Manager (Bilingual in Mandarin)

Job Summary:Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Financial Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and analyzing the company's financial activities, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insights to support business growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the organization's objectives and support long-term growth.Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, promoting professional development and a culture of continuous improvement.Conduct periodic audits and reviews of financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.Prepare and interpret detailed financial reports, delivering actionable insights to enhance revenue management and evaluate performance metrics.Oversee the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic resource allocation.Manage all facets of corporate tax compliance, including the preparation and submission of federal, state, and local tax filings, as well as timely payment processing.Partner with cross-functional teams to drive and support strategic planning and organizational initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (USCPA) is preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in financial managementStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
