Main point of contact for AMRS based Clients for settlement of daily margin calls for F&O and OTC Cleared positions. Our ideal candidate must havemust be able to:Ensuring all Client Margin Calls covered dailyDealing with Client Trade & settlement queries on daily basisInvestigation and resolve of any margin call discrepanciesIdentify and escalate fails in a timely and accurate manner to CreditRisk Management, Collateral Risk Management and Operations ManagementRequesting Booking of FX transactions for all client baseDealing with collateral bookings & releases, Pledged & LodgedResponding to client inquiries, and when needed, coordinate with the appropriate FrontMiddle Office as well as the core processing area to facilitate resolutionDeveloping a complete understanding of Bank policies and departmental controls and procedures EducationCertification Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Experience requirements: 1+ years of Derivatives and Collateral operations experienceStrong communication skillsExcellent analytical skillsAbility work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlinesSuperb attention to detailStrong controls background with previous experience of implementing and maintaining key business controls Note:This role is an onsite role in Chicago, IL!
