In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and underwriting workers' compensation insurance applications, assessing risks, and determining appropriate coverage and premiums. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of top-notch insurance solutions that meet our clients' needs.Key Responsibilities:Review and analyze workers' compensation insurance applications and related documentation.Assess risk factors and determine appropriate coverage and premium rates.Collaborate with agents, brokers, and other internal departments to gather necessary information.Conduct thorough investigations and inspections of potential insureds' workplaces.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.Monitor and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing any issues that arise.Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation underwriting or a similar role.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in insurance underwriting software and Microsoft Office -depth knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM) are a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based prehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan with company match.Paid time off and flexible work schedule.Professional development opportunities and career growth.Employee wellness programs and support.How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience through this job posting.
