BEAUTIFUL office What You'll Do: Design, implement, and lead the internal audit plan, establishing best practices and controls. Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Manage complex accounting tasks, including payroll reconciliations and lease accounting. Execute full-cycle accounting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audit and accounting initiatives. Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP. What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Recent public accounting experience is required. 3-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably within a large company. Strong expertise in internal audit functions, with the ability to develop and implement controls. In-depth understanding of GAAP and financial reporting. Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Resides in or is willing to relocate to Seguin, Texas. Ready to Lead and Grow?
