Responsibilities of the Project Accountant Project Accountant will review and maintain all project-related contract documents, including change orders and client approvals. Project Accountant will monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Project Accountant will maintain open communication with project management regarding billing, cost tracking, and profitability. Project Accountant will create and manage job-related purchase orders. Project Accountant will prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently. Project Accountant will assist in managing accounts receivable, track payments, and follow up on outstanding collections. Preferred Experience for the Project Accountant Role Strong foundation in general accounting principles. Experience in accounts receivable (AR) and billing. Prior construction industry experience is a plus. This role is fully on-site.Salary Range $55k - $65k depending on experience#ZRCFS#INFEB2025
