What You'll Do: Oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and variance reports. Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals. Assist with budgeting and forecasting for assigned properties. Collaborate with property managers and asset managers to resolve accounting inquiries. Maintain and update records in Yardi (must-have!). Support the year-end audit process and coordinate with external auditors. What We're Looking For: ✔ 2-3 years of property accounting experience, preferably in real estate.✔ Proficiency in Yardi (required).✔ Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles.✔ Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.✔ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
