Our client roster includes US Bank, White Castle, NASCAR, Planet Fitness, Newell Brands, American Cancer, Invesco, Illva Saronno, Edibles (Arrangements), Teramana, Lightbox, and more.YOUR ROLE As the Senior Financial Analyst, you report to the Managing Director of Commercial Finance as well as to the CFO for ad-hoc projects. You will support the finance leads for all financial deliverables to clients, including contractual compliance, reconciliations as well as internal analyses such as staff utilization and profitability analysis. This role will work with the Client Service and People Teams to ensure financial elements of our client relationship are tracked, monitored, and communicated. This is a NY based role, requiring proximity to work at our office (hybrid, with flexibility). The main responsibilities of the role are to support the Commercial Finance team and the CFO:Works with the business to analyze and build forecasts, improve data capture and collection process to help analyze and create useful insights to share with the business leadsTrack revenue vs. budget and research variance drivers and provide recommendations for improvementPrepare utilization, overhead and client profitability analyses and provide business insightsSupport client contract negotiations and to ensure financial complianceCollaborate with teams to develop tailored commercial solutions and proposals for clientsSupports the business in developing and tracking short, medium and long-term resourcing requirementsHelp identify and provide ongoing analyses on risk profiles of the portfolio of existing clients and prospective clientsSupport the efforts to prepare and produce all client financial deliverablesSupplies ad-hoc financial information and analysisManage and oversee AnalystLOCATIONThis role requires a candidate with proximity to our NYC office. We offer a hybrid work setting with employees working both onsite and from home. SALARY: $110-$125k. Commensurate with experience.
