Accounting Assistant About the Company and Opportunity: CFS is working with a well-established, family-owned company to identify an Accounting Assistant to join their team! They are committed to worklife balance for every employee, and allow flexible schedules! The Accounting Assistant will support AP and AR processes. Overview of the Accounting Assistant role: Data entry of invoices Review vendor statements to ensure all invoices are received Set up new customer accounts Post payments to the General Ledger Make collections calls for invoices 30+ days overdue Assist with filing and other projects as necessary Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Assistant: Associate's degree in accounting or 2-3 years of experience in an accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting assistant role Excellent data entry skills Highly organized and detail oriented Proficiency with Excel and a major ERP system Location: This role is 100% onsite in Benton Harbor, MI Salary: $39,450 - $49,450 depending on experienceClick here to apply online
