Industrial Project Manager

Bane-Nelson, Inc., is seeking a qualified Industrial Construction Project Manager to lead and manage complex industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction estimating and project management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple industrial and commercial construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality guidelines. Prepare detailed project estimates and manage financial aspects throughout the project lifecycle. Direct in-house teams, trade professionals, and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication and rigorous standards. Maintain meticulous records, project documentation, and regular status reports to support operational excellence. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and fostering strong, long-term relationships. Utilize MS Office Suite, MS Project, and basic AutoCAD skills to facilitate project planning and tracking. Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.
