Date Posted: 03032025 Hiring Organization: Rose International Position Number: 478991 Job Title: Finance SAP Project User Job Location: Columbus, OH, USA, 43215 Work Model: Hybrid Shift: Onsite 3 days a week Employment Type: Temporary Estimated Duration (In months): 12 Min Hourly Rate ($): 40.00 Max Hourly Rate ($): 65.00 Must Have SkillsAttributes: Problem Management, Reporting, SAP, Training Nice To Have SkillsAttributes: Accounting, Finance Job Description ***Candidates located near the Columbus, OH area to be considered due to the position requiring onsite presence*** Required EducationExperience: • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with exposure to SAP Required Qualifications: • Thorough understanding of financial accounting principles and practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in providing end-user training and support is preferred Required Technical Skills: • Proficiency in using SAP financial modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management • Familiarity with SAP reporting and business intelligence tools Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the finance team and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements and ensure the SAP system is configured to meet those needs • Participate in the design and implementation of new SAP financial features or modules • Provide support to other finance users on the effective use of SAP for financial management • Identify and report any issues or errors within the SAP financial modules, and work with the Project team to resolve them • Assist in the implementation and rollout of new SAP financial features or modules • Serve as a point of contact for finance-related SAP inquiries and support • Execute comprehensive test cases to validate the functionality of SAP financial modules, configurations, and integrations • Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing on SAP financial systems • Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing, and work with the IT and development teams to resolve them • Serve as a liaison between the subject matter experts and the IT department, effectively communicating testing results and requirements • Support on developing training materials and sessions to finance end-users on the proper use of SAP financial modules **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered. ** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements. ** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
