Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist Role: Perform data entry and 3-way matching of 50-100 invoices daily Code invoices in the General Ledger Prepare batches for posting Prepare weekly check run for approval Respond to vendor and employee account inquiries Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist Position: Bachelor's degree in accounting OR four years of accounts payable experience Intermediate proficiency in Excel, familiarity with Dynamics AX or another major ERP Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail Highly organized, ability to communicate professionally and promptly Location: This role is 100% onsite in Mishawaka, IN Salary: $37,440 - $49,920 depending on experienceClick here to apply online
