Overview of the APAR Specialist Role: Process high volume of invoices and perform weekly check runs Set up new vendor accounts Code invoices in the GL Send invoices to customers and apply payments to customer accounts Process customer credit applications Monitor cash flow and reconcile accounts Preferred Qualifications for the APAR Specialist Position: Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting Four years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections Intermediate proficiency in Excel Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to manage multiple deadlines Location: This role is 100% onsite in Niles, MISalary: $41,700 - $51,750 depending on experienceClick here to apply online
