Accounts Payable SpecialistOur client in the property management industry is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team! The ideal AP specialist has working in commercial property management andor construction and performs well under tight deadline. Software experience in Yardi and QuickBooks online highly preferred.Quick FactsPosition: AP SpecialistLocation: Nashville, TN 37203Schedule: 8:00-5:00 100% Onsite M-F 40 hours a weekProjected Start Date: ASAP - Temporary to Hire OpportunityPay: $23 - $26 hourlyIndustry: Property Management: commercial real estate investment, management, and development company TasksResponsibilities: Manage Full Cycle AP for separate entities and vendors Seek and complete all necessary approvals Ensure bills are paid in a timely and accurate manager Follow and adhere to all departmental processes and procedures Process due invoices for payments Compare and match purchase orders, prices, terms of payment, and other charges Perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling accounts Manage and respond to all vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain and ensure accuracy of all files Maintain reconciled job costing books File and pay monthly sales tax Maintain companies' internal payment process Assist team with any misc. admin tasks Software: QuickBooks - Experience Required Yardi - Experience Required Candidate Qualifications and Skills: Associates or Bachelors in Accounting preferred Minimum of 3 years AP experience with multiple entitiesmultiple locations required Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development is a major plus!
