Overview of the Accounts Receivable Position: The AR Specialist will review and approve accounts receivable adjustments for customer accounts. Reconcile daily cash receipts and ensure accurate application to accounts. Process customer payments, including cash, credit card, and electronic transactions. The AR Specialist will apply daily cash receipts and ensure proper allocation to customer accounts. Preferred Qualifications & Experience for AR Specialist: Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Strong customer service and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
