Your Role as an AP Team Lead In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the organization's AP processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the full accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely handling of invoices, payments, and expense reports. Leading, mentoring, and developing the AP team to foster a high-performance culture. Designing and implementing AP policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance. Partnering with internal teams, such as procurement and finance, to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies. Analyzing AP metrics and presenting insights and recommendations to senior management. Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Supporting month-end and year-end close processes related to AP. What You Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 2 years in accounts payable or related finance roles, with 1 year in a supervisory capacity (experience doesn't need to be within accounting).
