Which may seem pretty standard...until you get to the best part: The perks.1) The pay rates are above what their top competitors pay their employees2) They have higher bonus structures3) There's work from home flexibility and prioritization for employee worklife balance.4) The position is a fast-track career growth opportunity (as the company is expanding rapidly thru acquisitions)5) And more...Here's what you would be doing:Job Responsibilities:Manage internal and external transaction processes.Develop initial structure of a transaction with an ability to quickly assess a deal within the credit parameters of the company.Maintain balanced deal advocacy, including meeting client needs and making good credit itiate deal discussions with originators prior to screening to discuss merits and risks associated with transactions.Prepare screening materials, transaction due diligence and underwriting deliverables.Coordinate with Sponsor regarding due diligence and transaction process.Actively participate in internal investment committee meetings.Prepare andor review term sheets and commitment letters.Coordinate syndication timelines, materials, and information flow to participating lenders.Lead transaction closing processes, including coordination with Operations.Lead portfolio management on a monthly basis, including:Analyze credit and financial metrics and prepare Management Discussion & Analysis;Manage interaction with Sponsor CFO and other participating lenders;Monitor file organization and completeness;Coordinate credit agreement amendments and waiver requests; andManage information flow for transaction updates and modifications to Operations.Assist in the training and development of junior underwriters.Develop relationships with counterparts at Sponsor clients.To apply to this AVP Private Credit (Direct Lending) hybrid role, please send your resume to John Sadofsky at john.sadofsky@roberthalf.c0m
