Trust Administration Paralegal - Arlington, VAWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Trust Administration Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Silver Spring, MD. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex trust administration matters, assisting attorneys and clients with professionalism and expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in trust and estate administration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with all aspects of trust administration, including drafting legal documents, correspondence, and municate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other professionals regarding trust matters.Prepare and file necessary documents with courts and government agencies.Review and organize trust records, financial reports, and legal documents.Maintain case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.Support attorneys with tax filings, trust distributions, and asset transfers.Conduct legal research related to trust and estate administration as needed.Qualifications & Skills:Associate's or Bachelor's degree; Paralegal Certificate preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in trust administration or estate planning.Strong knowledge of trust and estate laws and procedures.Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management pensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Professional development and mentorship opportunities.Supportive team environment with strong resources for case management.How to Apply:If you're ready to leverage your expertise in estate planning, trust administration, and Form 706709 filings in a firm that values job security and long-term career growth, we would love to connect.
