The RoleThe Sales Representative is a hands-on sales and business growth professional who drives Event Attendee sales. The Sales Representative is accountable for achieving results and rolling up their sleeves in prospecting, selling, serving and renewing event attendees.SAPinsider conducts 12+ global events and summits annually where the Member Growth team has direct ownership of driving paid attendee sales and member renewal performance.The Sales Representative reports directly to the Global Delegate Sales Manager. Specific Responsibilities include: Lead a high touch prospect company engagement process assuring trust relationships are established across all current members and companies.Manage a dedicated territory of 500 Global 5,000 member companies with a history of spending with SAPinsider focused on member enrollment by persona, monthly check ins and annual renewals.Achieve an annual $600,000 bookings sales quota which includes direct sales, renewals and ecommerce sales in your named accounts.Drive greater than 80% company level annual retention for all member companies.Assure that every SAPinsider event and summit achieves its paid attendee registration goals.Work directly with Revenue Operations to assure full pipeline visibility at all times and deliver timely and accurate sales and renewals reporting for management.Conduct prospecting across all prior event and summit attendees converting them into sales opportunities.Maintain and manage all contact history for every prospect in SFDC.Professional QualificationsAn ideal candidate will possess:Strong passion for sales and services.Direct experience in event delegate attendee sales.Passion for working with IT and Business professionals on their educational needs associated to using enterprise software and technology solutions.Exceptional speaking, writing and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong experience working in SFDC and SFDC Reporting. CompensationThe Sales Representative enjoys a competitive base salary of $50,000 and a sales commission plan of 6% on the first $500,000 of bookings directly generated and 8% on all bookings over $500,000 annually from their named accounts. In addition, the Sales Representative receives 1% commission on all ecommerce generated sales from their named accounts.
