Work with a respected organization that makes a difference in the community Competitive compensation and benefits package Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth Key Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Payable and accurately enter transactions into the general ledger Review and process vendor invoices in a timely manner Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and 1099s Reconcile AP sub-ledger and vendor statements Handle month-end accruals and assist with closing activities Communicate effectively with the supervisor and cross-functional teams as needed Requirements: Associate's degree in Accounting or related coursework Proven Accounts Payable experience with accrual-based accounting Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Must have NetSuite experience Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination #INFEB2025
