Join an excellent firm seeking a REMOTE Senior Tax Manager. MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:10 years as a CPA990990-PF tax compliance in finalQC and signer rolePosition Responsibilities:- Assist clients and team members with private foundation and nonprofit planning and maintenance questions throughout the year- Be a tax technical resource to the team for complex technical topics incuding Partnership tax, M&A transactions, estate and trust planning and modelingstructuring.- Lead a tax technical committee an present in weekly manager meetings the latest developments.- Train and supervise staffmanagers-Experience servicing and communicating with clients is a plus! Oversee and manage all aspects of the tax department, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on complex tax matters- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance at all times- Lead a team of tax professionals and provide mentorship and training- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growthPosition Essential Job Functions:- Develop and implement innovative tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes for clients- Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve complex tax issues and provide appropriate solutions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax projects- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in tax managementPosition Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's degree preferred)- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation- 10 years of experience in public accounting- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and accounting principles- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy- Outstanding leadership and communication abilitiesThe position requires related experience working in external relationship management Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Self-driven individual, ability to work with minimal directionIf this sounds like the type of opportunity you see yourself transitioning into next, contact Julie Gross at 605-705-6836.
