Excellent management with open door policy and structured training Responsibilities: Reach out to clients via phone and email to collect funds Ensure professionalism and high customer satisfaction in collection efforts Cash processing, posting payments against open invoices Research open invoices to ensure payment applications are correct DepositingScanning checks Bank reconciliations Assist in ad hoc reporting via Microsoft Excel Experience Preferred: All levels encouraged to apply! Entertainmentagency industry experience a plus, not a must Bachelor's degree a plus Comfortability with V-lookups and Pivot Tables on Excel a must Strong written and verbal communication skills #INJAN2025
