Key Responsibilities: Manage and update property financial records in Yardi software, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to monitor performance and financial health. Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and support the month-end close process. Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including rent collections and vendor payments, while ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC). Qualifications: Experience: Proficiency in Yardi software is a must. Previous experience with month-end close, general ledger reconciliation, and financial reporting. Strong understanding of affordable housing regulations (HUD, LIHTC, etc.) is highly beneficial. Nice to Have: Prior experience in affordable housing management or real estate accounting.
