Job Title: Archived Records Support Specialist Location: Marietta, GA Job Summary: Mano Lani LLC has an opening for an Archived Records Support Specialist position to join our rapidly growing team in Marietta, GA. The Archived Records Support Specialist will support the client by providing transition services for soldiers and officers transitioning from active duty with our military customers to another component, retirement or being discharged. Mano Lani is a leader in physical and cyber security, financial management, logistics, and program management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Not listed in order of importance; other duties may be assigned) and must be able to perform the following with minimal guidance: Evaluate Trends: Identify factors like work-life imbalance, insufficient compensation, and lack of career opportunities.Identify Improvements: Enhance work culture, improve onboarding, and provide career development.Implement Solutions: Engage and communicate regularly, offer competitive compensation, and recognize and reward good performance.Collaborate with various teams to align retention strategies to state goals, data requests and maintain compliance reports. Education Experience Certifications: Personnel performing on this effort shall be U.S. citizensPersonnel are required to successfully obtain and maintain background investigations and clearances (to include periodic reinvestigations)Bachelor's level degree in Human Resources, Economics, or Business Administration required or equivalent experience3 years of professional experience in management, recruitment2+ years of experience performing general labor functionsElectrician experience preferredQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderately to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
