Senior Financial Analyst Location: Windsor Locks, CT Job ID: #70599 Pay Range: $54-64hr Duration: 5 monthsHybrid or RemoteJob Description This position will located in Windsor Locks, CT and consolidate data and analysis from our Operations sites in Connecticut, Iowa and Illinois. The role will be critical in driving financial analysis, forecasting, and operational planning, ensuring the alignment of our financial goals and business strategies.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and lead the consolidation of operational financial forecasts to understand and drive action for ECS. Collaborate with site finance leads to understand key drivers, metrics and models used to develop site level forecasts and corresponding risks and opportunities.Operational Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key operational metrics and financial performance against annual goals. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to enhance operational efficiencies and financial outcomes.Business Partnering: Partner with operational leaders, supply chain, manufacturing, and key stakeholders to provide financial guidance, drive accountability, and improve decision-making.
