COST ACCOUNTANT About the Company and the Cost Accountant Position: This local Manufacturing company is looking for a Cost Accountant to join their team. They have been around for more than 55 years and are looking for an eager and ambitious employee to continue to grow with them.Responsibilities of the Cost Accountant: Undertake special projects as assigned by senior finance management Participate in the month-end closing process while supporting budgeting and forecasting activities Perform regular analysis of PPV variances, LCM, and E&O reserves, offering actionable insights and recommendations Manage the upkeep of Bill Materials and Routings across multiple manufacturing locations Oversee the reconciliation of Intercompany transactions across plants Preferred Qualifications of the Staff Accountant: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 1 to 3 years accounting experience Knowledge of GAAP Advanced Excel Salary and Benefits: In office role near Ravenna, Ohio Pay range is $60,000 to $80,000 Growth focused position #LI-MF3#LI-Onsite
