Job Summary: Dexian is seeking a Program Delivery Lead for an opportunity with a client located in Jersey City, NJ.Responsibilities:Kick off requirements gathering for third-party vendor systemsDocument requirements and conduct demosCollaborate with internal teams to select the appropriate vendorOrganize workshops to define low-level requirementsWork with the vendor to create a detailed implementation planDevelop a 2-year roadmap post vendor selectionManage vendor relationships and ensure they deliver according to the plan and budgetFacilitate business conversations and act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendorsPresent project updates and progress to stakeholdersRequirements:Fundamental understanding of insurance products, underwriting, documentation, and policy structuresKnowledge of insurer vs. broker relationships and how these interactions workExperience working with third-party vendors to implement SAAS solutionsHighly collaborative, with the ability to bring together business teams and stakeholdersStrong presentation skills to influence and guide team members, regardless of direct reporting linesExperience running implementation projects within an insurance companyProven track record of managing large-scale IT projectsStrong organizational skills and the ability to create detailed implementation roadmapsDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
