BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst opportunity in Redmond WAPosition Title: Financial AnalystLocation: HybridAnticipated Start Date: - ASAPPlease note this is the target date and it is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 6+ Months ContractJob Type: Contract and HybridPay Range: $55hr. - $60hr.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Requirements: *Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field (budget management, financial analysis, or a related role). *Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Experience with OPEX management and financial reporting in a corporate setting. Preferred Qualifications- -Experience with Microsoft budgetary processes and tools. -Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. -Familiarity with project management principles and practices. *Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines, quality of work, and feedback from who they will be supporting on their budget. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1.Minimum 5-7 years' experience with Excel. 2.Minimum 5-7 years' experience with Project management. 3.Minimum 5-7 years' experience with Budget management.
