What You'll Be Doing:  Own Financial Leadership - Oversee month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP & SOX. Cost & Pricing Strategy - Analyze cost per case by SKU, evaluate new product pricing, and develop financial models for CapEx and cost analysis. Process Optimization - Ensure AP is running smoothly, payroll is accurate, and financial reporting is streamlined. Team Leadership - Manage an Accounting Clerk while working alongside the Cost Accounting & GL team to maintain standard costs. ERP & Data Analytics - Leverage ERP and other tools to drive efficiency and financial visibility.
