Provide day-to-day support for the company's ERP system, Vista by Viewpoint, troubleshooting issues and identifying process improvements Work closely with the Database Administrator to manage system enhancements, reporting tools, and data analysis Assist in rolling out new applications and support system implementations across multiple company locations Conduct root cause analysis, optimize workflows, and support ongoing IT-based projects Facilitate end-user ERP training and work on documentation for system processes What the company needs in a Business Systems Analyst Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly Background in analytics, business intelligence, computer science, or a related field Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams Experience or familiarity with SQL and ERP systems (preferred but not required) Willingness to travel quarterly for training support and system rollouts #CFSFEB2025#INFEB2025#CBFEB2025#ZRCFSTECH#LI-MH3
