Position: ControllerWe are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations, manage accounting functions, and provide strategic financial guidance in a manufacturing environment. This full-time role is responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, and ensuring the integrity of financial data to support business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and internal controls.Oversee financial statements, general ledger management, and monthlyquarterlyyear-end close processes.Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to executive leadership.Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth and operational needs.Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and industry best practices.Work closely with external auditors, tax professionals, and financial institutions.Oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory costing.Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.Assist executive leadership with strategic financial planning and business decision-making.Perform additional financial and administrative duties as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA or CMA preferred but required).7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or Controller role.Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and compliance standards.Experience in a manufacturing environment required.Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced pensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and prehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with company pany-paid long-term disability and life insurance.Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.Schedule:Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (occasional overtime as needed).This position is ideal for a financial professional seeking a long-term leadership role in a growing company in the manufacturing industry who has manufacturing experience.
