Technical Accounting ManagerRemote to FL only Compensation: $120 000 - $140 000 plus bonus ABOUT THE COMPANY AND TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER OPPORTUNITY Our client, a PE backed organization, who has grown tremendously, is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting efforts of the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations, tax rate calculations, and forecasts while providing actionable insight to management Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to develop data reporting strategies, and enhance reporting models The Technical Accounting Manager will lead the coordination of financial statement audits, budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP Oversee the reporting processes Support external audits, tax preparation, and year-end activities QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER: Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills. Workday proficiency Self-starter mindset with the initiative to promote change when needed. Preferred: Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field Workday experience (+) Big 4 or large regional Audit background (+) Strong proficiency in US GAAP, internal controls WHY JOIN THIS TEAM?
