Hands on role with an opportunity to create efficiencies Great opportunity to make your mark and drive change in the organization Work beside a dynamic controller with exposure to the executive team Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Manager: The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable processes including active participation in the day to day tasks.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accounts payable department.• Manage, coordinate and assist the accounts payable team with daily workloads, including the active participation of the day-to-day tasks..• Ensure effective internal controls, managing staff performance and maintaining acceptable performance levels.• Collaborate with the Corporate Controller and other offices within the company to ensure accuracy and timely processing.• Manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and resolve account discrepancies.• Ensure all accounts payable transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance• Investigate any accounts payable issues that arise.• Resolve issues promptly and escalate persistent or unresolved problems.• Support both internal and external audits.• Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities.• Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements for AP MAnager At least 3-5 years progressive AP experience in a high volume environment Experience in a multi-entity environment or healthcare environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Strong leadership and team management abilities. High level of integrity and commitment to ethical practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salary range $75,000 - $85,000 + excellent benefits #INMAR2025 #ZRCFS
