Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) Location: Oakbrook, ILSalary: $90,000 - $120,000 Company Overview: Join a rapidly growing manufacturing and logistics company based in Chicago that has consistently seen around 20% top-line and bottom-line growth over the last decade! Key Responsibilities: Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to support key decision-making processes (e.g., CapEx, acquisitions). Process Improvement: Continuously drive process enhancements in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting via automation and system improvements. Collaboration with Treasury: Work closely with the Treasury team for 13-week rolling cash flow forecasting. Ad-hoc Reporting: Deliver ad-hoc projects and reporting that will help improve business profitability. Month-End Reporting: Prepare and analyze month-end financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements. Variance Analysis: Compare actual results to budget and forecast, providing insightful variance analysis. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar analytical role. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Intellectual Curiosity: A genuine desire to improve processes and contribute to the success of the business. Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filters, sorting). Experience with SAP or Oracle highly preferred. PowerPoint Skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and impactful presentations.
