Forklift Operator Responsibilities: Operate forklift to load and unload trucks Move materials within the warehouse or storage yard Maintain accurate inventory records Receive, unpack, and check incoming shipments Gather, pack, prepare, and load goods for dispatching Ensure proper storage of materials and goods Follow safety procedures and regulations Skills and Qualifications: Forklift certification Experience operating various types of forklifts (e.g., stand-up, sit-down, reach truck, pallet jack) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift heavy objects Basic computer skills for inventory management Additional Duties May Include: Assisting with cycle counts or physical inventory Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization Completing shipping and receiving paperwork Building displays
