I am excited to be partnering with a return client to fill a vacancy in the Human Resources department. A leader in their industry with 24 US locations, my client has continued to see growth over the past 3 years especially here in the city of Columbus.Position Overview:My client is seeking an organized and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will support HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various HR activities such as onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Corporate Payroll Manager.Key Responsibilities: Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, including preparing onboarding in ADP, and ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed accurately. Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and ensure all documentation is up to date. Compliance: Assist in ensuring company policies comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs. Escalate issues to Payroll Manager as needed. HR Reporting: Prepare and generate HR reports as requested by management. General HR Support: Provide administrative support for HR projects, audits, and other initiatives. Employee Leave of Absence: Facilitate FMLA and other leave of absences. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative HR role. Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience with ADP. Preferred Qualifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant HR certifications. Experience with benefits administration. Knowledge of payroll processing and systems #LI-AS7 #LI-ONSITE #INFEB2025 #ZRCFS
