Program Analyst I TX

Job Summary: 4S Silversword, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Program Analyst I to support the administrative, financial, and operational functions of our traction test facility. This role is responsible for managing invoices, tracking expenses, coordinating facility usage, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle maintenance, data analysis, and administrative support, with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies. Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records of invoices, track monthly expenses, and ensure timely processing of payments.Verify and ensure that GSA sale paperwork is properly signed by purchasers before submitting completed documentation to GSA.Prepare and submit detailed quarterly reports documenting revenue generated from traction test track usage and the sale of decommissioned facility assets through plete and maintain required government forms related to facility operations and update tracking logs as necessary.Process and respond to external requests for reserving the traction test facility, ensuring proper scheduling and availability.Maintain a detailed log of companies utilizing the facility, tracking incoming and outgoing activity as well as hours of use.Assign appropriate test pads and lanes to external testers conducting tire traction testing.Generate and distribute monthly billing invoices for the use of the UTQG traction test track.Coordinate with agency partners responsible for processing and issuing formal invoices to testing companies utilizing the UTQG facilities.Provide administrative and operational support to ensure compliance with NHTSA SATF standards and regulatory requirements.Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure the security and readiness of the facility. Qualifications:Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.3-5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, parts management, or a related technical discipline.Valid driver's license.Strong technical acumen with experience in analytical, research, or development environments.Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and report findings effectively.Basic proficiency in computer applications, with a willingness to adapt to new technology as needed.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy.Security Clearance: Must be a US Citizen eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance.Must be a U.S. Citizen.
