Senior Manager Accounts Receivables$125,000 to $155,000 per year plus bonusOur client is a leading construction company organization based in the western suburbs. Being privately held they are one of the largest players in their space with locations all across the United States. They are in need of a Senior Manager, Accounts Receivables to round out their team. This is a new position which will oversee all accounts receivables, cash applications and collections. They are looking for someone with good technology skills, leadership and ability to make and take on process improvements with a new ERP system. Reporting to the VP of AR they will partner with the They need to be able to be personable to establish and maintain internal and external business partners. Establish collection, trial balance aging and support goals & metrics for the AR team. Advanced familiarity with accounts receivable, cash apps and invoicing is required. Assume ownership of the quarterly AR Review process with the Sales force The Senior Manager, Accounts Receivables will coordinate AR approval pricing while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and maintaining sound business judgment Daily review and analysis of accounts' status to provide appropriate follow-up with regards to overdue payments - determine correct course of action necessary to collect past due balance Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders in regards to collections and other accounts receivable functions Responsible for credit evaluation and creation of accounts in our system Provide support to the leadership team as needed Prepare weeklymonthly reports for management Identity process improvement opportunities and lead related change implementation Why Work here as a Senior Manager, Accounts Receivables: Rapid growth with a private equity backed company They are in growth mode and it's a great time to get into the company as they continue to scale.
