Job Title : Sales Strategy Manager Department : Sales and Business Development Location : Indian Land SC Reports to : General Manager Job Summary The Sales Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and align with the company's long-term business goals. This role works closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and operations to optimize sales performance through data-driven insights, process improvements, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Sales Strategies : Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives. Sales Planning and Forecasting : Lead sales planning processes, including target setting, forecasting, and resource allocation. Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities. Sales Performance Management : Monitor and assess sales performance metrics (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates, and sales cycle duration) to recommend improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies with broader business goals. Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. Sales Enablement : Partner with the sales enablement team to develop tools, training, and resources that empower sales teams. Data-Driven Decision-Making : Use data analytics and reporting tools to evaluate sales performance and provide actionable insights. Leadership and Mentoring : Support and mentor sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or related roles in a fast-paced environment. Able to work closely with the headquarters in China as well as the US facility. Ability to travel as needed, up to 25% product sales experience in a manufacturing Textile environment preferred The Keer Group is a manufacturer of cotton yarn with our US facility and headquarters in the Charlotte area, employing over 380 associates in the YorkLancaster County area.
