WarehouseSaw Operator Must be USC due to ITAR regulations100% onsite in Medway, MA2nd SHIFT 430pm-3am MON-THURHours for training would be 630am-5p MON-THUR (FriSatSun off) (probably 3 months)Job DescriptionWe are looking for a 2nd shift WarehouseSaw Operator to operate and verify the quality of work on a wide variety of ECC saws involving close tolerances. This position will be full-time and on-site.What You'll DoOperates, and verifies the quality of work on a wide variety of ECC saws involving close tolerancesPerforms routine or repetitive operations in a manner which will consistently meet quality requirements and production standardsActively participates in continuous improvement activitiesRuns routine and repetitive operations that are set-up on a wide variety of ECC sawWorks from drawings andor specifications as well as other Traveler instructions at times under supervisionMakes suggestions for improvements to processes to enhance operationsMaintains required tooling, as needed, to manufacture parts to specifications.Conducts quality checks through the use of fixed or adjustable precision measuring devicesLubricates and cleans machines as necessaryMaintains work area in a neat and orderly condition. Works safely, and complies with all established safety rules and work practicesComplies with Company, Department, and quality policies and procedures as applicableKeeps Area Lead informed of job related problems and other information related to work activityMaintains a positive attitude and promotes a "team" approach throughout the DepartmentPerforms multiple operations as requiredPerforms related work as apparent or assignedWhat You'll NeedRequired:Ability to work second shift hours:430pm-3am; Monday through ThursdayAbility to work training hours of 630am-5p MON-THUR (FriSatSun off) (probably 3 months)High school education or equivalentPreferred:Previous ECC saws operating experience is a plusStrong mechanical aptitudePhysical DemandsThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job.
