Bonuses will bring you well above $200K As a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution, including trial. You will leverage your extensive experience to effectively investigate, negotiate, and litigate cases, ensuring our clients receive the compensation they deserve.Responsibilities:Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and other negligence-based claims.Conduct thorough investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and consulting with experts.Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.Provide exceptional client service and communication.Stay abreast of developments in personal injury law.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing plaintiff personal injury law in Washington State.Proven track record of successful case outcomes, including settlements and verdicts.Strong litigation and negotiation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
