Financial Accounting Analyst We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accounting Analyst to join our team and drive financial insights and decisions. What You'll Do: Data Storytelling: Create financial reports and bridge schedules that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to help the business understand profitability trends and key drivers. Profitability & Pricing: Dive deep into product, customer, and channel profitability, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Take charge of promotional pricing requests for national, regional, and distributor-specific sales. Business Partner: Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide financial clarity that drives decision-making and supports company goals. Budget & Forecasting Lead: Take ownership of the annual product line and departmental budget, as well as forecast analysis to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Close the Books: Manage the period-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and budgeting. Ability to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment, balancing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
